Here's a highly-customization VW Polo, which is modified done by India's popularly known car modifier DC. Excluding the price of the car, the overall cost of this modification is around Rs 28 lakhs.

Earlier, we’ve shown you a lot of car customizations that include a body kit, aftermarket alloy wheels, performance tune, and some cosmetic changes to enhance the road presence of a car. Today we have a very sporty and unique type of modification, done on a 2011 1.6-litre MPI VW Polo. The customizing cost of this DC modified VW Polo is Rs 28 lakh, excluding the cost of the donor car. Honestly, this highly customized Polo looks like a concept car. It is based on the Highline variant of the hatchback and belongs to one Urooj Ahmad.

Now, talking about the modifications, this VW Polo gets aftermarket body kit designed by DC which looks quite amazing. Moreover, the four-door car has been converted into a two-door model (this is not the Polo GTI). Upfront, the car employs aftermarket sleek LED projector headlamps. Moreover, the customized front bumper looks more muscular, and it also features an LED light bar to offer better illumination. On the sides, it gets 17-inch alloy wheels with green brake callipers which make the hatchback look more sporty. Originally, the car was painted in black colour, but the owner wanted the hatchback in red colour shade.

The car also gets aftermarket electrically adjustable sunroof. Moving towards the back, the hatchback features modified tailgate, a custom-made bumper, rally-style spoiler, faux diffuser, and rectangular exhaust tips. Inside, everything remains the same except for the addition of sports seats with DC badging. Mechanically, the car is powered by a 1.6-litre N/A petrol mill which puts out 105bhp of peak power.

Overall, the car looks very sporty and is capable of turning heads, but spending Rs 28 lakh for this type of modification job is not worthy at all. The regular VW Polo is powered by a 1.0-litre three-cylinder, petrol engine that produces power and torque outputs of 75bhp and 95 Nm, respectively. The engine comes paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The car is also offered with a more potent 1.0-litre TSI petrol unit, which churns out 110 PS of power and it comes coupled to a 6-speed MT or 6-speed automatic transmission. The hatchback is priced between Rs 5.88 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) to Rs 9.6 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
