DC Hammer Modification Package for Mahindra Thar Available at Rs 5.95 Lakh

DC2 has reintroduced Mahindra Thar based DC Hammer. The car designer has completely changed the exterior and interior of the first generation of the thoroughbred SUV. 

DC Design is among the most popular car modifiers in India, and we’ve seen a lot of examples from DC in the past. The car designer is excel in modifying interiors, and they have also tried redesigning or customizing the exteriors. One of the main customizations DC does is transforming the second row of the cabin into a lounge with a number of new features. DC has also customized Mahindra Thar, and in its second inning in India, the car designer has reintroduced the custom-built Thar, which is popularly known as DC Hammer.

DC Hammer is unique looking Mahindra Thar, which has got several customizations on the outside and inside. DC Hammer is a custom-built SUV, and the customization cost starts at Rs 5.95 lakh (excluding all taxes). Talking about the modifications, outside, this customized Mahindra Thar now looks more elegant and premium. Upfront it gets projector headlamp, custom made front bumper, revised grille with DC badging, smart-looking LED side blinkers and DRLs on the fender. The SUV is based on the previous-gen model of the SUV, and it is offered with a hardtop. Along with a hardtop, the modifier has also added some chrome accents on the hood, door handles and hinges, which enhances the overall premium quotient of the SUV.

It gets flared wheel arches, which gives it a wider look and negative offset alloy wheels with chrome plate that makes the off-roader look more stunning. The rear fascia of the SUV looks quite muscular. It features a spare wheel mounted on the tailgate, and the stock taillights are replaced with new LED units. Inside, DC has completely revamped the interior of the Mahindra Thar. It now gets plush tan leather seats, which makes the interior look more upmarket. The steering wheel gets brown inserts in the centre, and the centre console features a touchscreen infotainment system with wooden panel inserts around it.
