Here’s a digital rendering of Nissan Magnite, which wears the body kit of GT-R. Take a look at it here.

Nissan has recently launched its all-new sub-4-meter SUV in the Indian market named Magnite. It is the most affordable SUV in its segment. It competes with the likes of Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, Tata Nexon and Ford EcoSport. Moreover, it is one of the most-good looking SUVs in its segment. It comes loaded with a lot of advanced and segment-first features. Here’s a recent digital rendering, where a Nissan Magnite can be seen donning a GT-R inspired face and body kit.

This rendering has been made by Praveen C John. The designer has completely tweaked the looks of the car, and now it does not look like an SUV. These are a lot of changes made on the exterior of the vehicle to make it look sportier. Upfront, the Datsun-like grille fitted on the front fascia of the car has been replaced with aggressive-looking GT-R grille. To make the car look more elegant and sporty, all the chrome elements have been removed or blacked-out. The design of the headlamps remains the same, but the L-shaped LED DRLs placed on the bumper have been removed. One can see a set of small bar-type LED lights on the bumper, which are fitted inside a blacked-out housing. The bumper of the car itself looks quite sporty, and it also features a splitter.

The side profile of the car does not look like an SUV as it looks more like a hatchback with these changes in place. On the sides, it gets aggressive-looking 5-spoke alloy wheels, which are shod with low profile rubber. The stock suspension of the car has been replaced by sporty suspension, which makes the Nissan SUV sit pretty close to the ground. Furthermore, it also gets aftermarket wing mirrors. Other than this, no modifications have been done to the SUV. Talking about Nissan Magnite, it derives power from a 1.0-litre petrol and turbo-petrol mill, which comes coupled to a 5-speed MT or a CVT gearbox. It gets retailed at a starting price of Rs 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
