The Mahindra XUV300 is a quite popular sub-four-metre-compact SUV in the Indian auto market. Below is the first XUV300 with modified interiors in India.

The video shows the Mahindra XUV300 modified both in the exterior and interior. As regards the exterior, the car gets chrome components on the headlights and taillights and the door handles. Having said that, the focus of the modification job comes to the interior with a lot of new features, which makes the cabin become more premium. To be more specific, the interior now comes with a new tan coloured leather trim in all the cabin, from the dashboard, door panels, pillars and even part of the steering wheel, which makes the car look much more luxurious. The seats also get new leather coverings with XUV300 logo.

Moreover, the stock music system in the Mahindra XUV300 modified has also given way to a DD Audio system. The floor of the car gets laminated with a very brilliant material which makes the vehicle look much more upmarket. According to the video, the entire modification job costs about INR 65,000. The addition of the new trim with the upholstery costs INR 24,000. The DD Audio system which includes a 4-speaker system and the wires is priced at INR 21,000. The rest falls to the floor lamination and other modifications.

This Mahindra XUV300 has been thoroughly modified in terms of the interior.

The stock Mahindra XUV300 receives its power from both gasoline and oil burners. The BS6 1.2-litre turbo petrol motor can generate 110 PS against 170 Nm and is mated to a 6-speed MT.  In the meanwhile, the BS4 1.5-litre oil burner can deliver 116 PS against 300 Nm and is paired with a 6-speed MT/AMT. The BS6 diesel motor for the Mahindra XUV300 is expected to be introduced in the foreseeable future and will have the same power and torque figures as its BS4 counterpart.

The Mahindra XUV300 is equipped with a wide range of features which include an autocruise, a sunroof, a 7-icnh touchscreen infotainment system and rain-sensing wipers, etc. In the safety front, the SUV comes with dual front airbags, ABS with EBD and ISOFIX child seat anchors which are provided as standard features across all the variants. In the Indian auto market, the Mahindra XUV300 competes against the Hyundai Venue, Ford EcoSport, Tata Nexon and Maruti Vitara Brezza.
