Earlier this year, Ford introduced the BS6 update of the Aspire sedan in the Indian market, alongside its hatchback siblings, Figo and Freestyle. While in terms of sales, the Ford Aspire doesn’t perform well like the Maruti Dzire or Honda Amaze, it is still one of the well-rounded compact sedans that manages to garner a set of buyers in India every month. Ford Aspire Service Schedule

Ford is offering two labour free services for the Aspire BS6 including:

• 2,500 km/ 3 month – Inspection & wash
• 10,000 km/12 month – oil & filter change

That said, it is highly recommended that the Aspire’s owner should take their vehicle to the authorized service shops after clocking 2,500 km on the odometer or 3 months from the date of purchase for the inspection. The first service should commence at 10,000 km or 12 months of the purchase whichever is earlier. Then once every 10,000 km / 12 months, you should take your car to the service shops for the periodic maintenance. Do note that the 2020 Ford Aspire is only available with manual version and the automatic option has been discontinued.

Ford Aspire Service Cost & Maintenance Schedule (Diesel)

The owner of the Ford Aspire can enjoy peace of mind with the first free service which including car wash and complete car checkup. From the second service onwards, you will have to pay some amount of money when you have your car regularly serviced at the service workshops. The estimated service cost of the Aspire (diesel) at the second service is about Rs 5,461 and Rs 5,801 for the third service.

Ford Aspire Service Cost & Maintenance Cost (Petrol)

As for the petrol-powered Ford Aspire, it will require you to pay around Rs 4,506 for the second service that includes normal engine oil, oil filter, air filter, AC filter, sump plug gasket, brake oil and service charge. The third service also comes with normal engine oil, oil filter, sump plug gasket and service charge with the total repair cost of around Rs 3,286.
