Uttar Pradesh under 19 cricket team's vice-captain has recently met with a massive accident while driving his Ford Mustang. The two-door sports hit a Maruti 800 and a Hyundai Elite i20 in Lucknow

Recently, Akashdeep Nath, IPL Cricketer and Uttar Pradesh under-19 cricket team's vice-captain got in a massive accident in Luckno. The young cricketer was driving his Ford Mustang, and we think that he must have lost control of the car while speeding on an empty flyover. Reports suggest that accident happened late night on Friday. The incident took place on Kukrail highway, which was started in 2019 after a long delay. This flyover is 5.8 km long with no speed breakers, which attracts a lot of youngsters looking for a good road to drive fast. Due to the ongoing country-wide lockdown, the long road had minimal traffic. The under-19 cricketer was driving the car by himself when this unfortuante accident happened.

The exact speed of the sports car is not known yet, but looking at the immense damage, the car must be doing good speed. The two-door sports car hit a Maruti 800 from the back and then it smashed a Hyundai Elite i20 before coming to standstill. Moreover, the Ford Mustang also hit the divider at very high speed and the video clearly shows that the airbags of the car have deployed. Nevertheless, the Ford Mustang is badly damaged. The media reports also say that 5 passengers were sitting inside the Mustang, but all of them were able to escape the accident with some minor injuries and are being treated in a local hospital. All the people involved in this massive accident are completely safe.

The exact reason behind the accident is still not known, but it looks like Akashdeep was not able to properly handle the car at the high speed. The young cricketer brought his black-coloured Ford Mustang last year. Akashdeep Nath was also seen in a video by Ayush Verma, where he can be seen driving his two-door sports car on local roads at very high speed. Talking about the Ford Mustang, it derives power from a 5.0-litre V8 petrol mill, which puts out power and torque outputs of 396bhp and 515 Nm. Transmission duties are done by an automatic gearbox.
