India's First 2020 Hyundai Creta with MASSIVE 19-inch Alloy Wheels

Hyundai launched the 2nd-generation Creta in the country in March this year. However, in the month of May, it became the best-selling car in the country. Even in its first-generation, Creta was quite popular a car in its segment. With the arrival of the new one, the excitement around buyers can be calculated with the help of its increasing sales figures. The new 2020 Hyundai Creta looks bulbous and more modern than the car it replaces. It has a premium aura around its design. Also, it now certifies as a flashy car.

The bigger rims fill the wheel arches completely and give the car a nice stance.

But, to someone, the factory-specs wheels were too plain and therefore shod the car with a set of 19-inch aftermarket rims from Crave Designs, Delhi. With the new aftermarket rims in place, the Creta in the pictures is a pure attention seeker. These are 5-spoke units that resemble the shape of turbine blades. A similar design was also seen on the 2016 Audi RS7. Talking of the tyres, it now uses 245/45 section rubber from Dunlop. The prices for the Creta start at Rs. 9.99 lakh for base-spec petrol and diesel variants.

The turbine-style design further accentuates the style quotient. 

Creta is offered in a total of 3 engine options. On the lower end of the hierarchy is the 1.5L naturally-aspirated petrol engine that puts out 115 PS/144 Nm. Then, there is a 1.5L turbocharged diesel engine that is capable of generating 115 PS/250 Nm of rated output. While, the smallest of the lot is the 1.4L turbo-petrol motor, but it is the most powerful engine here with a peak power output of 140 PS and a torque output of 242 Nm.

The concave nature of the wheels gives the rims some extra width without spacers.

The transmission options available with the N/A petrol motor are a 6-speed MT and a CVT automatic. The oil burner, on the other hand, can be had mated to either a 6-speed MT or a 6-speed AT, but the turbo-petrol motor is offered with a 7-speed DCT only. The Creta is offered in a total of 5 variants, namely E, EX, S, SX, and SX(O). The E variant, however, is only offered with the 1.5L turbocharged diesel engine.
