A video which explains all the pros and cons of the Kia Seltos through an owner's experience has been released. Read on to discover.
The Kia Seltos is the first offering of the South Korean automaker in the Indian auto market. Thanks to its fashionable appearance, a well-equipped cabin and a competitive price, the SUV has become popular with the Indian auto customers with a long waiting time. The video below shows the overall experience of a Kia Seltos owner and his experiences on what is good and not good about the car.
This nearly six-month Kia Seltos has covered over 10,000 kilometres. Its owner has upgraded from the Honda City and he needed to wait for about three months as the waiting period for the SUV. Overall, the car delivered a good experience. The paperwork was finished in just half an hour and the delivery was implemented soon after that. This Seltos had returned from the service centre after the third service (free service) and the cost was INR 5,5000, which is not so high for an SUV.
The owner is very satisfied with the design and the features of the Kia Seltos. Features such as the lane watch camera, UVO connect app, electric sunroof, ventilated seats, etc. all live up to his expectations. This Kia Seltos receives its power from a 1.5-litre oil burner which can generate 115 BHP against 250 Nm and is mated to a 6-speed torque converter. The car has a fuel mileage of 17 - 18 kmpl and 20 kmpl in the city and on the highway, respectively.
Overall, the owner is quite satisfied with the Kia Seltos diesel.
Nevertheless, there is still some room for improvement. He complains about the mild harness of the suspension system and the slightly limited boot space. This can be explained by the fact that he had been driving a sedan which has a quite amber boot space and a smoother suspension system. Except for these small limitations, the owner was quite satisfied with the car and there are no serious problems up to now.
