The Kia Seltos has recently been featured in a walkaround video for the first time.
As regards its exterior, in the front, the SUV comes with cool-looking fully LED headlights. Actually, Kia has given the high-spec variants of the Seltos all-LED treatment; therefore, the car is equipped with LED fog lights and taillights, too. This vehicle runs on 17-inch wheels. A chrome line stretches along the window line, which helps the Seltos look more polishing.
In terms of the interior, the Seltos comes with a beige and black dual-tone paint scheme. The cabin is equipped with a wide range of top-notch features. These include a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, an 8-speaker Bose sound setup, a smart air purifier with perfume diffuser, autocruise, automatic air conditioner, and a six-theme ambient lighting system, etc. Other outstanding interior features include 60:40 split foldable rear seats with central armrest, leather upholstery with a honeycomb pattern and reclining rear seats.
The Kia Seltos will come with a full-LED treatment with LED headlamps, fog lamps and tail lamps.
According to the video, this vehicle belongs to the HTX trim level, which means High Tech eXtreme according to Kia’s language. The SUV receives its power from a 1.5-litre turbo diesel motor which can generate 113 BHP against 250 Nm. The transmission duties are undertaken by either a 6-speed MT unit or torque converter; however, the vehicle showcased in the video gets an MT unit.
Besides the oil burner on the HTX trim, the HT variants also come with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated gasoline burner which can deliver a 113 BHP against 144 Nm. This motor is coupled with a 6-speed MT and CVT unit. The car is also available with a more powerful 1.4-litre turbo petrol motor in the GT trim. This motor is good for 138 BHP against 242 Nm and is mated to a 6-speed MT and 7-speed DCT unit.
