Recently, a Mahindra XUV300 hit a cow at high speed but suffered only minor damage, which showed the safety and strong quality of this SUV.

In India, either on local roads or highways, buffaloes and cows can appear at any time. Under these circumstances, we need to take precautions while driving since if we hit them, both the cattle and the car are in great danger. Here is an example in which a Mahindra XUV300 hit a cow but suffers only minor damage, which shows the strong quality and safety of the SUV.

The accident occurred in December 2019. The driver was travelling on a highway at a speed of 60 kilometres an hour. Suddenly, a cow appeared and hit the car. The driver could not steer away the car in time and the car was damaged on the side . All the occupants of the car were safe and the car also suffered only minor damage. The side fender and the doors need replacing. After that, the car was back to its original condition like nothing has happened.

Nevertheless, the driver realized that the steering wheel was a little bit offset and despite alignment, it did not feel better. After taking the car to several service centres, damage in the strut was detected, due to which, the steering wheel was offset by one degree. It had to be kept there for at least three months but right after being repaired, it feels like a new one.
