This Maruti Baleno RS is actually a Delta trim of the regular Baleno, which now features the exterior design of the sportier RS trim. Take a look at it here.

Maruti Baleno is one of the highest-selling premium hatchbacks in the Indian market. It rivals the like of Hyundai i20, Tata Altroz, Honda Jazz and more. The Baleno was initially launched with a 1.2L petrol and 1.3L diesel engine options. However, at a later stage, Maruti introduced an RS trim of the Baleno, which sourced power from a 1.0L 3-pot turbo-petrol motor. Sadly, the RS trim is not on sale anymore. Apart from a different engine, RS trim also came with sportier bumpers and side skirts. While it is nearly impossible to fit that 1.0L turbo-petrol motor into a regular Baleno, the RS’ bumper and side skirt are a direct fit. Here’s a YouTube video that showcases the same.

This video was uploaded by JJ Automobile Vlogs, and it showcases a Delta trim of the Maruti Baleno, which has now borrowed front and rear bumpers and side skirts from the Baleno RS. The car in the video belongs to Shivansh who hails from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. According to the owner of the car, he has changed a lot of parts on his car to make it look like the Baleno RS. To start with, it now gets the headlamps from the top-spec Alpha trim, which come with LED DRLs and LED projectors. On the sides, it also gets a set of aftermarket rims that measure 17-inch in diameter and are shod with 205-section 35-profile tyres. Furthermore, the tail lamps on this Baleno are aftermarket unit and are wrapped in a dark smoke tint.

The centre console of this Baleno is replaced with that of the Alpha trim as the Delta variant's console misses out on the front centre armrest. Talking of the music system, the owner has upgraded it with an Android-powered touchscreen infotainment unit that runs on 2 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM. It is coupled to a 4-channel amplifier, Infinity component speakers at the front, co-axials at the rear, and a compact sub-woofer.
