Here we have digitally rendered images of the upcoming Honda ZR-V. These renderings are created by a Brazilian digital car designer.

A recently filed trademark application suggests that Honda is currently working on an all-new compact SUV. A Brazilian digital car designer, named Kleber Silva, has quickly come up with a new rendering of the Honda’s upcoming SUV,  but he has portrayed the SUV as Jeep Compass rival which is a mid-size SUV. This digitally rendered Honda ZR-V looks quite stunning. The SUV gets an angular front look, which seems quite identical to that of the Honda Passport and Honda Pilot. It features a distinctively low and wide body, coupe-like roofline and rakish windscreen at the back. This customization job has been actually done on the Changan Uni-T. We think that the upcoming Honda ZR-V will have simpler proportions, conventional design and will be smaller in dimensions.

At the moment, nobody has any idea about what exactly the Honda ZR-V could look like. The all-new car is rumoured to be a low-cost offering and its length will be restricted (sub-4 meter) SUV. The car will be positioned below the BR-V in the company’s line-up. In our market, the compact SUV will rival the likes of Hyundai Venue, Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon and upcoming Kia Sonet. Honda ZR-V will likely be based on the platform of Amaze.

In other news, the Japanese carmaker will launch the new-gen City in the Indian market as soon as the nationwide lockdown lifts. The all-new C-sedan will be powered by a 1.5-litre gasoline engine that produces 121bhp of peak power and 155 Nm of peak torque.

In terms of dimensions, the all-new sedan will be 4,549 mm long, 1,784 mm wide and 1,489 mm tall. Compared to the ongoing model, the new-gen car will be 109 long, 53 mm wide and 6 mm shorter.
