This Maruti Omni looks gorgeous after a few cosmetic customizations. This is among the cleanest Omni vans around the country. Take a look at it here.

Maruti Omni is unmistakably the most popular small van of the country. It has served the demands of Indian buyers for over 35 years but got discontinued last year. Right now, Maruti Eeco is the only van offered by the automaker in the Indian market. The main purpose of buyers behind purchasing a Maruti Omni is to use it as a school van or carry goods from one place to another. But, here’s a Maruti Omni, which has been tastefully modified and looks quite eye-catching.

This Modified Maruti Omni Is More "BADASS" Than Kia Seltos

The Maruti van you see here is among the cleanest Omni’s around India. The owner of this van is Mr Rahul from Kerala. Now, talking about the modifications, the front fascia of Maruti Omni gets LED DRLs, and other than this, no customizations have been done on the front-end of the car. On the side, one of the most striking modifications is the employment of aftermarket, smart-looking, 15-inch alloy wheels, which are wrapped in 185/45/R15 Nankang brand tyres. One can see that the ground clearance of this Maruti Omni is pretty low, and the main reason behind it is the employment of custom lowering springs. The roof of the car gets a blacked-out Thule roof box and roof bar.

Moreover, for better performance, it gets a K&N air filter and custom free-flow exhaust system. All the modifications have made this Maruti Omni look more appealing. Talking about its engine specifications, the Omni was offered with an 800cc, three-pot petrol mill, which belted out 34 Bhp of peak power and 59 Nm of twisting force. It was discontinued from our market because of the safety and emission norms introduced back in October 2019. However, Maruti updated the Eeco van as per the new norms as it now comes with airbags, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors, high-speed alert, seat-belt reminder and so on. It is among the top-selling cars offered by the automaker in the Indian market. It gets retailed at a starting price of Rs 3.80 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
