Maruti S-Cross is one of the least popular Maruti cars in India. Its relatively premium price tag means that Maruti’s biggest USP, affordability, is low on the priority list. Still, the vehicle was actually quite nice, and Maruti has decided to reintroduce the S-Cross in the BS6 with a 1.5-litre petrol engine, the same as the Brezza. A 5-speed manual and a 4-speed torque converter will be the two transmission options on offer. Previously, the S-Cross was available with a 1.3-litre diesel engine, which was also the same as Brezza. This engine was discontinued when Maruti decided to discontinue diesel engines altogether.
