Maruti XL6 Customized With 360 Degree Camera

Recently, a video which shows a Maruti XL6 modified with an aftermarket touchscreen with a 360-degree camera has been released. Read on to discover.

Numerous cars are offered in Maruti Suzuki’s portfolio through their NEXA and Arena’s dealerships. The Nexa cars offer more premium features compared with the Arena ones. The Maruti XL6, which was launched in the Indian auto market last year, is retailed through the Nexa dealerships. It is actually a redesigned and premium 6-seater version of the Ertiga MPV. The car has experienced several changes among which the most noticeable one is the 360-degree camera. The front camera is positioned inside the front grille while the other cameras showing the side views are located below the ORVMs. The stock reverse parking camera of the XL6 has also been substituted with an aftermarket unit which is part of the package.

As regards the exterior, other alterations like turn indicators and a matrix LED DRL and, chrome elements on the window line and rain visors have also been made to the XL6. Apart from these, everything on the exterior of this car has been kept unchanged. The vehicle is equipped with LED fog lights, a set of alloy rims, roof rails, etc. In terms of the interior, the MPV is also equipped with a new touchscreen which is an aftermarket screen which supports Android operating system and shows all the information from the cameras installed outside the car. The camera also comes with a DVR feature which enables the user to record the information from the camera with a memory card inserted to it. Furthermore, the door pads, floor mats and seats have also given way to new items. An illuminated scuff plate is also installed on all four doors.

There have no been changes to the powertrain and transmission options of the XL6. The MPV receives its power from a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated gasoline burner with smart hybrid tech. The transmission duties are undertaken by a standard 5-speed MT and an optional 4-speed torque converter. The
