Mahindra KUV 100 is one of the most quirky vehicles you can buy in India with its mix of SUV stance and hatchback dimensions.

When the Mahindra KUV 100 was launched back in 2017, it was a very niche product with its SUV-ish driving height and small hatchback dimensions. Though it hasn’t managed to set the sales charts on fire, it still gets decent enough sales to not be discontinued.  It just got an update in December 2020 and now you can spec your KUV 100 NXT with dual-tone colour schemes. The dual-tone colour options of  Silver/Black and Red/Black paint schemes on the KUV 100 NXT is priced at a slight premium of Rs 7,500 over the standard paint schemes. The mono-tone colours available on the SUV include Pearl White, Dazzling Silver, Flamboyant Red, Fiery Orange, Designer Grey and Midnight Black.  Today we have got this KUV 100 which has gone through some extensive modifications.

The video above has been uploaded by Rohit Mehta Sai Auto Accessories on YouTube in which they have a Mahindra KUV 100 getting a “GT” treatment. The exterior changes first, the headlamps have been fitted with HID units and Onyx DRLs while it also gets a set of DRL strips just below which function as indicators. All the front-end grilles now get a piano black treatment instead of the factory fitted chrome. It also gets a front skirt that doesn’t affect ground clearance and the C-pillar mounted door handle gets finished in faux carbon-fibre. The roof has been wrapped in gloss black for a dual-tone look while the alloys now get a red highlight on one individual spoke.

Over to the interior, the whole interior of the Mahindra KUV 100 has been reupholstered in a Persian green and white theme. The dashboard and door panels now get a faux carbon-fibre treatment while the steering wheel gets a half and half carbon-fibre/leather treatment. The interior also gets ambient lighting with multiple colours and the door sills are illuminated with the KUV 100 logo lighting up. The audio system has been updated with a tablet-style android touchscreen infotainment setup. The stock key has been replaced with a remote flip-key one. Overall, this KUV 100 certainly looks different than anything else on the roads, a job well-done then.
