This 2020 Hyundai Creta has been rendered as a coupe SUV. It looks more appealing than the regular model of the car.

The new-gen Hyundai Creta was launched in the Indian market a few months back. Right now, it is the top-selling car in its segment. Enthusiasts around the country really like the design of the 2020 model. To make the compact SUV look sportier, our in-house design specialist- Shoeb R. Kalania has made the new coupe version of the 2020 Hyundai Creta. One can see in the picture embedded below that the coupe version of the SUV looks quite appealing.

India's First 2020 Hyundai Creta with MASSIVE 19-inch Alloy Wheels

A lot of changes have been made on the exterior part of the SUV. It now gets sleeker C-pillar that is sharply raked to meet the tailgate. Moreover, the silver lightning arc offered with the 2020 Hyundai Creta is also quite slim to gel up with the design of sleek C-pillar. It now gets 2021 Tucson like slats. A small quarter glass has also been employed near the rear door to make the cabin of the SUV feel airier. Furthermore, the boot lid of the car gets raked windshield along with a small lip spoiler. The roof rails have been removed to reduce the extra weight. The rear overhang has been stretched a bit to give a proper coupe-like styling to the SUV. Other than this everything remains the same.

The SUV continues to feature split headlamps and taillights like the one offered with the ongoing model. We really wish Hyundai India to seriously consider this coupe version of Creta. Mechanically, the 2020 Hyundai Creta is powered by 1.5-litre petrol and diesel engine. The former puts out power and torque outputs of 115 PS and 144 Nm, respectively, while the latter develops 115 PS of peak power and 250 Nm of twisting force. The SUV also the option of a smaller 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol motor that produces 140 PS of peak power and 242 Nm of peak torque. The engines are offered with both manual and automatic transmission options. It is retailed at a starting price of Rs 9.83 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
