Tata Nexon modified with beefy tyres and other off-roading equipment in this digital rendering looks great. Take a look at it here.

Tata Nexon is quite a popular choice around buyers in the highly-competitive sub-4m compact-SUV space. It looks rugged from almost angle you look at it. To do so, it gets a high-set bonnet, beefy wheel arches, and a sloping roofline. However, going with the market practices and customer preferences, Nexon is offered in an FWD format only. But, that hasn’t stopped Nexon fans from imagining their favourite SUV in an off-road-ready avatar. Here’s a digital rendering of the pre-facelifted Nexon, which depicts, how butch the Nexon looks when loaded with the off-roading arsenal. This digital customisation was performed by Alpha Renders.

In the rendering, the Nexon gets an increased ride height than its stock counterpart to fit in the massive M/T grade tyres, which are shod on a set of 5-spoke alloy wheels. Also, custom wheel arch extensions have been fitted on this Nexon. A side-step has been fitted around the rocker panels of this Nexon to ease the ingress and egress for occupants. An axle drop kit on the front is used, which can be seen below the bumper.

On the roof, a super-long LED light bar has been fixed to make the night rides on country roads an easy affair. A set of auxiliary lamps has also been mounted around the windscreen. Moving down towards the bumper, a custom nudge guard can be seen, which also houses a winch and 4 auxiliary lamps. On the lower end of the front face, two tow hooks can be spotted on either side of the scuff plate.

For sure, these modifications have turned this Nexon into a drool-worthy off-roading behemoth. However, all of this is a digital artwork, and performing such modification on a real example is nearly impossible. If somehow performed, it would require constant effort to maintain the car in running condition. Moreover, the Nexon comes with 120 PS turbo-petrol motor and 110 PS oil burner, which displace 1200 cc and 1500 cc, respectively. And, these power plants would run short of breathe in propelling a car with such massive tyres.
