The French automaker Renault is not the best run in terms of popularity in India. Currently, Renault sells a very small range of vehicles including the Duster, Kwid and Triber and none of which have become the best-seller in its respective category. However, those Renault cars still manage to help the company stay afloat in the domestic market. To boost the sales up to a higher level and increase the company’s market share, Renault has announced some decent year-end offers and discounts on all of its products in the last month of the year. Here’s a look at the best Renault offers and discounts in December 2020.

1. Renault Kwid Offers & Discounts in December 2020

The Maruti Alto arch-rival, Renault Kwid is the first car in the list of best Renault offers and discounts for the month of December 2020. The most affordable car in Renault’s product portfolio isn’t selling as well as the Alto in India though, it is still among the top-performing small cars in the country.

For the last month of 2020, Renault has introduced some benefits worth up to Rs 45,000 to the prospective buyers of the Kwid hatchback in India. These can be broken down into a cash discount of Rs 20,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 and a corporate discount of Rs 9,000 for the Rxl AMT trim. In the meantime, all other variants are available with a cash discount of Rs 15,000, an exchange bonus of Rs 15,000 and a corporate bonus of Rs 9,000.

2. Renault Duster Offers and Discounts December 2020

Next up in the list of year-end Renault offers in December 2020 is the Renault Duster which is the only SUV in the company’s portfolio. Although the mechanical twin of the Duster, Nissan Terrano was phased out from the Indian lineup earlier this year, the Duster remains on sale with the discontinuation of the diesel mill and receives some mild update. It now becomes a petrol-only SUV that rivals against the likes of Maruti Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon among others.

Just like the Kwid sibling, the Renault Duster is being offered with some attractive discounts worth up to Rs 70,000 this month. Specifically, the Duster 1.3 Turbo models get the highest saving including a consumer offer of Rs 20,000 limited to the mid-spec RXS MT and CVT variants. The Duster 1.5L petrol engine comes with no cash discounts. Also, customers can avail Rs 30,000 as exchange bonus and a cash discount of Rs 30,000 limited to the RXZ and RXS variants for both engine options. The base RXE variant comes with the choice of both engines but only get loyalty benefits of Rs 20,000.

Existing Renault Duster, on the other hand, can benefit from the Easy Care Package including the AMC contract. The package will be valid for 3 years/ Rs 50,000 kilometres whichever is earlier. The corporate discount of Rs 30,000 might be available for some select corporate and PSU employees. The company also offers the rural benefits of Rs 15,000 that are applicable for select buyers with valid documents. Do note that the corporate and rural offers can’t be availed together or with any aforementioned discounts.

3. Renault Triber Offers & Discounts in December 2020

Akin to the Duster and Kwid, the Renault Triber is also being offered with some decent discounts this December. The entry-level compact MPV by Renault is developed on the modified version of the Kwid’s platform so it’s safe to say that the Triber is the bulked-up version of the Kwid hatchback sibling. However, ever since the Triber was launched, the utilitarian MPV has carved quite a niche for itself in the unique segment.

For the month of December 2020, the Renault Triber is going on sale with a consumer discount of Rs 20,000, an exchange offer of Rs 20,000 and a corporate discount of up to Rs 10,000, which are available for the AMT variant of the Triber. Whereas, the rest of the range comes with a cash discount of Rs 10,000, an exchange offer of Rs 20,000 and a corporate discount of Rs 10,000.
