Tata Altroz XT Trim Modified Into XZ(O) Variant

Here a Tata Altroz XT variant, which has been modified to look like tops-spec trim. The premium hatchback gets a lot of aftermarket equipment on outside and inside.

Tata Motors launched the Altroz in our market in January this year at a starting price of Rs 5.29 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The premium hatchback has attracted a lot of new buyers. In its segment, it rivals with the likes of Hyundai Elite i20 and Maruti Baleno. The car is based on the company’s ALFA platform and has scored 5-star rating at the Global NCAP crash test. There are very limited examples of modified Altroz in India, and here, we have one such modified Tata Altroz, which gets roof wrap, aftermarket alloy wheels, seat covers, scuff plates and much more.

The video of this customized Altroz is uploaded by a Youtube channel named as Viratian A. These modifications has made XT trim of the hatchback to look like the top-spec XZ(O) variant. After these aftermarket modifications, the car looks more sportier and grabs a lot of attention. Talking about the customization, the roof of the car has been blacked-out to look like the top-spec model. It gives the car a more appealing look and the cost of this piano black wrap is between Rs 1,500-1,700. Inside, 7D mats are installed, which costs Rs 2,200. Moreover, the steering wheel cover has been added at a price of Rs 600.

To make the cabin of the car look more premium, new seat cover are also added and the new seat covers costs around Rs 9,000. These aftermarket blacked-out seat covers are gelling up pretty well with the dual-tone colour scheme of the cabin. The most significant modification in this Tata Altroz is the addition of aftermarket, 16-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels. These smart looking alloy wheels enhance the sporty quotient of the car. The cost of these 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels is Rs 26,000. Outside, it also employs door visors for rain protection and it costs around Rs 1,200. To make the premium hatchback look more upmarket, LED scuff plates have also been installed on the doors, which glows in blue colour and these illuminated plates are installed at Rs 1,110. The overall cost of all these customizations is around Rs 44,000, which seems to be quite worthy.
