Check out this video showcasing the three exterior colour options of the Tata Nexon EV on three individual cars.

Electric cars are gaining popularity all over the world, with pioneers like Tesla, and even Porsche, contributing heavily to the industry. These are, however, premium electric vehicles. As for affordable EVs, there is still a lot of ground to cover. It might take years for EVs to become mainstream, and still more years for the same to happen in India. Tata Motors had taken a step in this direction, offering an electric variant of its extremely popular sub-4-metre SUV, the Nexon. Tata Nexon EV is definitely a step in the right direction.

Here, we have a walkaround video of the three colour variants of the Nexon EV- Glacier White, Moonlight Silver, and Signature Blue Silver. The video was uploaded by a YouTube channel named AutoTrend TV. The video begins with a brief walkaround of the Signature Blue Silver variant, quickly followed by the Moonlight Silver model and then the Glacier White one. The design is similar to the regular fossil-fuel-powered Nexon, with only a few subtle changes.

Firstly, the chrome underlining on front-grille has been replaced by a light blue strip with gloss paint finish. The same finish is also given to the strip that runs along the length of the car on the door lining, unlike the regular Nexon which gets a white strip. Similarly, the white strip on the tail hatch has been replaced by a blue one. There are multiple ‘EV’ badges on the car- one of the front grille, one each above the front wheel arches, and one on the tail hatch. These design elements are the same on all versions of the Nexon EV, irrespective of the paint schemes chosen.

After the walkaround of the exterior, the video proceeds to showcase the interior of the car as well. Just like with the exterior, the interior gets blue-coloured inserts around the AC vents, instrument cluster, and even the centre console, to distinguish the EV from the regular Nexon. There are blue stitchings on the upholstery as well, which looks pretty sweet. That, however, is not visible in the video, as the seats are covered in protective plastic.
