Tata Motors Introduced Silent Diwali Film For Nexon EV Customers

It is undeniable that the environmental pollution level in India is alarmingly high for quite a long time now and noise pollution is one of them. With that in mind, Tata Motors has just released ‘Silent Diwali Film’ that urges the viewer to celebrate a safe, silent and pollution-free Diwali with their family. The clip features the Tata Nexon EV, a car that offers a near-noiseless experiennce. 

From the video, the domestic-grown automaker aims to encourage people to protect our environment by using electric mobility solutions, thereby reducing the level of noise pollution in India. In this way, we can join hand to build up a sustainable future for our country. The biggest highlight in the “Silent Diwali Film” is one of the most impressive features of the Nexon EV – the no noise factor. The video starts by showing an excited family lighting up the firecracker along with the chakras of nature spinning.

With the pots of flowers being exploding into the air, Tata wants to indicate that such activities can more or less affect our environment. By saying “the loudest statement will be the quietest one”, Tata wants to draw attention from the views towards its popular Nexon EV. Being an electric car, the Nexon EV can drive quietly without raising noise pollution like conventional vehicles. In this regards, Tata hopes its viewers can celebrate a happy, safe and pollution-free Diwali with their loved ones.

As for the Tata Nexon EV, the carmaker introduced the electric version of the Nexon in India earlier this year, marking the entry of the very first car to come with Ziptron technology. Shortly after its launch, the Tata Nexon EV has witnessed a soaring demand in India with the production reached 1,000 units. The Tata Nexon EV becomes the best-selling electric SUV in India. The Tata Nexon EV comes equipped with an IP67-rated 30.2 kWh lithium-ion battery coupled with a 3-phase PMSM that develops 129 PS of max power and 245 Nm of peak torque. The electric SUV can get a claimed driving range of 312 km per a single charge. Currently, the Tata Nexon EV is on sale with the price stickers of around Rs 13.99 – 16.25 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
