The Tata Nexon just went through a facelift recently, but here's what a new rear-end redesign could look like after taking inspiration from Altroz and Harrier

Since its launch in 2017, the Tata Nexon has been one of the brand's best success stories, posting strong sales consistently month after month with its attractive pricing and feature-packed trims. It competes in a very crowded segment which has been seen multiple new entrants and rapid growth over the last few years, but even though it's not the top seller in the segment, the sheer volumes that Tata is selling more than makes up for it, and it recently crossed the 1,50,000th unit produced.

The  Tata Nexon  went through a mid-life facelift during the start of this year, which saw a new front-end design language in which you get refreshed bumpers front and rear, new skid plates, and a new Tri-arrow design on the lower grille coupled with redesigned all-LED headlamps and fog lamps

In this video uploaded by IndianAuto’s frequent collaborator SRK Designs on YouTube, we see how a future redesign of the rear of the Tata Nexon may look like. The render is inspired by Tata’s design language as seen on the Harrier and Altroz. SRK first edits out the top half of the Nexon and sketches in more angular taillights compared to the round-ish ones currently and adds a new black strip that stretches between the lights as seen on the Altroz. Also, instead of the current white roof that you get when you choose the two-tone colours, it gets a blacked-out roof instead which coupled with the new shade of brown, really looks quite fetching and modern.
