Hyundai Elite i20 is one of the most popular premium hatchbacks offered in India. It rivals with the likes of Maruti Baleno and Tata Altroz. Last month, it was among the top 10 cars sold in our market. Hyundai Elite i20 is one of those cars, which look more eye-catching after getting modified. Here are a few images of a highly customized Elite i20, which is now capable of attracting a lot of enthusiasts towards itself.

The name of the owner of this Hyundai Elite i20 is Mr Shannon. Talking about the modifications, it gets bumper lip and canards upfront, which enhances the sporty quotient of the car. The headlamps now get eyelids, which makes the front fascia of the premium hatchback look more aggressive. On the side, it gets aftermarket multi-spoke alloy wheels, which looks better than the stock units. At the rear, it gets aftermarket LED taillights and reflectors get LED inserts, custom lower lip for the rear bumper and an aftermarket exhaust. The premium hatchback also gets some sporty-looking blacked-out strips, which gels up quite well with the overall sporty look of the car. The overall cost of all these customizations is not known, but they seem to be pretty expensive.

Mechanically, the Hyundai Elite i20 derives power from a 1.2-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine, which is capable of shredding out 82bhp of power and 114 Nm of peak torque. Transmission duties are done by a 5-speed MT. It is offered in three different trim levels namely- Magna Plus, Sportz Plus and Asta. It is retiled at a starting price of Rs 6.57 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the entry-level trim and goes all the way up to Rs 8.33 lakh (Ex-showroom, Delhi) for the top-spec variant. Soon the carmaker has plans to launch the new-gen model of the hatchback in the Indian markets. The new-gen Hyundai i20 is already on sale in foreign markets. It is likely to come loaded with features like wireless charging, cruise control, climate control and also a premium sound system.
