This Maruti Vitara Brezza Boasts an Electric Sunroof!

Today, cars with a sunroof are becoming more and more popular in the Indian auto market; this feature has also been provided as standard by many auto manufacturers on their cars. Almost all compact SUVs, including the recently launched Kia Sonet, come with a sunroof. However, the Marut Vitara Brezza has been an exception. That said, here's a video that shows a modified Brezza with a newly-added sunroof. 

The one-touch fully-electric sunroof comes with a 2-year warranty and costs about INR 50,000. Also, while the stock Maruti Vitara Brezza is offered with an all-black cabin but the owner has customized the compact SUV so that it has a premium interior. The modifier has utilized beige colour on the steering wheel doormats, gear knob and the seats. The fabric on the roof has also been altered. The seat has been given perforation to make the long journeys become more comfortable for the occupants.

To make the cabin become more fashionable, the owner has inserted wooden panels on the air-conditioning vents, centre console and door panels, etc. The boot has also got a beige paint scheme, which gives the car a stylish appearance. The modification job done to the interior costs nearly INR 50,000.

This Maruti Brezza receives its power from a 1.3-litre 4-cyl turbo DDiS which can generate 89 BHP against 200 Nm and is mated to 5-speed MT and an optional AMT. This model has now been discontinued and replaced with the all-new Brezza which is now powered by only a 1.5-litre NA 4-cyl gasoline burner. This new motor can manufacture 103 BHP against 138 Nm and is paired with a 5-speed MT/4-speed torque converter.
