This Hyundai Venue with custom terminator wrap looks weird and gives a hint that either the car or its owner loves playing with ink. Check it out here.

Hyundai Venue is one of the successful cars of the South-Korean carmaker in the Indian market. Being the brand’s first attempt into the sub-4m compact-SUV segment, the Venue managed to hog the limelight from the segment leader Maruti Vitara Brezza for a while and easily becomes one of the best-selling compact-SUV offerings in India months after launch. With such popularity, it comes as no surprise that the Venue becomes popular among the modifications and customization circles in the country. Here we found a Hyundai Venue customized with a terminator wrap that makes it look like an inked ‘mischievous child’.

Uploaded by Viper Shot on their YouTube channel, this Hyundai Venue has been wrapped by Autobahn Vizag – a customization workshop based out of Andhra Pradesh. Known as the terminator wrap that features a matte finish, the custom wrap job in the Venue looks a bit “unclean” and makes the SUV look like a rebel kid playing with ink. Apart from the wrap, the Hyundai Venue also receives a lot of customisations like aftermarket TSW two-tone alloys which boasts of highlighting blue lug nuts, C-shaped turn indicators mounted on the ORVMs. The turn indicators also get LED arrow indicators and smoked finish.

On the inside, the interior of the Venue has been slightly redesigned. The car’s owner has given the car a custom white-quilted upholstery with stitching for the interior. The front centre armrest has been finished in white as well, thus improving the premium quotient of the Venue’s cabin to a different level. The 8.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility, multifunctional steering wheel, automatic climate control and air purifier remain the same.

The powertrain system of the Hyundai Venue gets no change. In the stock version, the Hyundai Venue is available with three engine options including two petrol and one diesel engine unit. The 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine can produce 83 PS of max power and 113 Nm of peak torque and comes coupled with a 5-speed manual transmission. The 1.5-litre diesel engine derived from the Kia Seltos can churn out 100 PS and 240 Nm of peak torque. This mill comes mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. Then there’s a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that is capable of making 120 PS of max power and 171 Nm of peak torque. It can be had with a 6-speed MT, 6-speed iMT and a 7-speed DCT option. At present, the Hyundai Venue is on sale in a price bracket of around Rs 6.75 to 11.65 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The Venue faces the fierce rivalries from the Maruti Vitara Brezza, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300 and the recently-launched Nissan Magnite.
