Take a look at this modified Maruti Vitara Brezza, which has been tweaked a bit to look sportier than its stock avatar.

Maruti Vitara Brezza is one of the best-selling compact-SUVs in the country. With its boxy proportions and styling that is based on the traditional SUV lines, Vitara Brezza fails to look sporty. However, modified examples can be seen participating in various motorsports events highlighting its dynamics and capabilities. Also, examples with massive aftermarket rims can be seen on the roads. But, we came across a Vitara Brezza, which has been modified to look all bonkers. It belongs to Khan Nizmul, who is from the state of Maharashtra. The Vitara Brezza in the pictures here is the pre-facelift model.

Talking of the modifications, it gets a custom bumper lip, which gives it a low-slung appeal. Tethers have been used to hold this lip in place. Also, the additional piano-black inserts are used on the bumper and around the headlamps. The factory-spec radiator grille has been replaced with an aftermarket unit that also gets a TRD badge. While the headlamp assemblies are stock units, the foglamp housings have been replaced with aftermarket units that also houses 3 LED bulbs. In the front air dam, a set of marker lamps has been fixed.

Moving over to the hood, faux air vents are placed and it gets a speed line decal. Also, the alloy wheels on the Vitara Brezza are tweaked a bit. They are OEM units, but they have been wrapped in a shade of red around the beads, thus giving them a deep-dish rims-like effect. There's not much that has been changed on the rear facet.

Powering this Vitara Brezza is a 4-cylinder turbocharged oil burner that displaces 1300 cubic centimetres of working volume. This Fiat-sourced unit develops 90 PS of peak power and 200 Nm of max torque in its stock iteration. However, if it has been tweaked, we are not aware of it. The transmission duties on the pre-facelift Vitara Brezza could be had performed by either a 5-speed MT or a 5-speed AMT. The facelifted model, on the other hand, gets a 1.5L N/A petrol motor that puts out 105 PS/138 Nm as its rated output. It can be had mated to either a 5-speed MT or a 4-speed AT.
