A heavily drunk young man rammed his Toyota Corolla Altis in a house in Sector-8, Faridabad, around 1:30 AM on May 2, 2020.

The country is in its 3rd phase of lockout and nobody has got any clue if there would be yet another phase in the coming days. However, the next phase can be avoided if we end up following the current one with all the protocols and restrictions. But, it seems like people are not bothered about their lives or that of others. Recently, on May 2, a speeding Toyota Corolla Altis in Sector 8, Faridabad, Haryana, rammed into a house, breaking its boundary wall. The driver was under the influence of alcohol. The effect of the accident was not limited to the boundary wall itself.

It can be seen in the video that the Toyota Corolla Altis hit the two scooters parked inside the house and dragged them to the bedroom. According to the owner of the house, there was a sudden noise, which shook them up. They claimed that the debris of the wall flew into their bedrooms, living room, and bathrooms as well. A few doors of the house and windows have also been shattered. While talking of the two scooters, they appear to be totalled. Also, there was a washing machine kept in the open space, which has been destroyed to an extent it’s hard to realize if it was there.

Since Faridabad is declared as a Red-Zone, no one is allowed to potter around the town. Therefore, the guy’s presence with his car at around 1:30 AM is questionable as well. Also, the driver was drunk totally drunk and had no clue of what has happened. This further raises a question about his source of alcohol since the wine shops were closed across the nation till May 3, 2020.
