Eligibility

Dealer can apply on behalf of the vehicle’s owner.

Processing Time

You usually have to spend up to five working days registering a vehicle. The car owner can receive the RC within from one week to one month.

Validity

For the non-transport vehicles such as two-wheelers or cars, the RC can be used for 15 years since the car is registered for the first time. Moreover, the RC also needs to be renewed every five subsequent years. As regards transport vehicles like passengers and goods carriers, the RC is valid until the certificate of fitness becomes invalid.
