How to apply for an international DL in J&K?

If you want to drive your car in a foreign country, you have to apply for an international DL by following the below steps:

Fill in and submit the form and upload all the related documents on the official website of the Ministry of Transport and Highway of Indian Government and then bring the original documents to the RTO office.

Or you can also directly go to the RTO office, fill in and submit the form here and attach all the related documents. After paying an amount of fee, our application will be processed. You will be issued the international DL in a week.
