Tesla Cybertruck has finally made its public debut at the Peterson Automotive Museum in Los Angeles. The prototype version has been put on display for a whole week between 20th to 26th June along with the Tesla Model S concept and the first-gen Roadster concept. The automotive museum has been opened on Friday last week after a few months of lockdown. The Tesla Cybertruck was first showcased at a private event in November last year.

The production-spec model will have similar dimensions as the concept version of the pick-up
Moreover, Elon Musk has confirmed that in terms of dimensions, the production-ready version of the pick-up will be quite similar to that of the concept model. The concept version of the Cybertruck is 5885mm long, 2083mm wide 1905mm tall and has a wheelbase of 3087mm. He also said that Tesla could also introduce a smaller version of the pick-up truck later, but he did not mention a possible timeline of the upcoming model. The all-new Tesla Cybertruck will be offered in three different trim levels namely- Single Motor RWD, Dual Motor AWD and Tri-Motor AWD. The Single Motor RWD costs at $39,900 and it offers a range of 250 miles.

It has been priced at $69,900.The Single and Dual Motor trims are scheduled to launch by the end of next year, while the bigger top-spec Tri-Motor AWD variant is expected to launch late 2022. The all-new Cybertruck is based on a completely new platform. The top-spec ‘tri-motor’ trim of the Cybertruck can sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in just 2.9 seconds, and the single motor variant does the same job in 6.5 seconds.
