As per press release a few days ago, Maruti Suzuki, the biggest automaker in India schedules to work on the introduction of the second generation of the Ertiga which is expected to launch on November 21, 2018.
The production of this new MPV has been all ready. Along with the production readiness, the bookings are also available at some Maruti dealers. The deliveries are expected to receive at the end of November.

As for the appearance, this in-bound India Ertiga offers an almost identical look compared to the one which was unveiled in Indonesia market earlier this year.
Regard of the exteriors, Maruti Suzuki Ertiga gets the refreshed styling tweaks such as
Angular nose
Slimmer headlamps
Wide and wraparound tail lights with LED elements

The new MPV is underpinned from the lightweight Heartect platform of Maruti. Thanks to this design language, the car is now expected to be both lighter and stiffer than the outgoing model.
On the inside, the new Ertiga remains many features from the current-gen Maruti. In particular, all the variants of the new Ertiga will be offered with the Smartplay touchscreen infotainment system. There are other standard features such as the parking sensor and the dual front airbags. The top-spec is likely to get the cooled cup holders as well as the reverse camera.

In terms of the performance, the Indian-spec Maruti variants will be available with two engine options on the MPV, which is similar to the outgoing Ertiga. However, the new 1.5-litre petrol engine will replace the old 1.4-litre motor. The diesel variant will retain the popular 90hp and 1.3-litre engine.
Maruti is expected to position competitively when it hits showrooms sometime next month.
