Mahindra and Mahindra have finally unveiled the new 2020 Roxor. The updated off-roader is retailed in the North American market. It gets design tweaks along with some added features. The off-roader now employs an all-new grille upfront. It features honeycomb mesh treatment, which looks far better than the conventional seven-slat design. Apparently, the carmaker has made these styling tweaks due to the battle going between Mahindra and FCA over Roxor’s overall Jeep-like design. Moreover, there are few more cosmetical changes Mahindra has made to the looks of the car.
Modified Mahindra Scorpio Pickup by Bimbra 4X4 Looks Dashing
The updated Mahindra Roxor is priced between USD 15,999 to USD 16,999
The new-look of Mahindra Roxor seems to be inspired by the Land Cruiser FJ series. The carmaker retails the off-roader with a 2.5-litre diesel unit that produces 62bhp of peak power. The engine comes paired with a 5-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
Due to the strict rules for side-by-side off-road vehicles in North America, the Raxor can achieve an electronically limited speed of 88 kph. The Mahindra Roxor is quite fit for doing some good amount of off-roading but seems a bit unfit for normal roads. The new model features leaf springs, 2-speed transfer case, disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the back, full-floating axles with upgraded 5.38:1 gearing ratio and 16-inch wheels. Mahindra is offering the updated off-roader in seven smart-looking colour shades.

Mahindra has no such plans to introduce Roxor in India in the near future
The carmaker is also offering a lot of customisation options with the Roxor after seeing a growing cult following among off-road enthusiasts. Akin to the previous version, the new Mahindra Roxor is manufactured at the carmaker's production facility built by MANA (Mahindra Automotive North America) in Auburn Hills, Noth America. MANA is the Mahindra’s subsidiary in US. The updated Roxor is priced between USD 15,999 (MT trim) to USD 16,999 (AT variant). The carmaker has no plans to launch the Roxor side-by-side off-roader in India.
