Here's a walkaround video of XT variant of Tata Tiago showing what all features the car comes with and misses out on.

Tata Tiago has recently received a mid-life refresh in the form of facelift. The car is now designed with inspiration from the higher Altroz. With the facelift, it retails at a starting price tag of Rs. 4.60 lakhs and is now offered in a total of 4 variants, namely XE, XT, XZ, XZ+. The XE is the base variant of the car, while the XZ+ is the top-end variant of the car. The XT, however, sits at the second position in the ascending order of the trim levels. Today, we came across a video uploaded by AutoTrend TV on YouTube of a detailed walkaround video of the XT trim that showcases the features it gets and misses out in comparison to other variants.

Tata Tiago is the smallest offering of the manufacturer.

The XT variant is decently loaded but does not look like the top-end XZ+ variant from outside. The XT variant misses out on front fog lamps, gets 14-inch steel wheels with wheel covers in place of R-15 dual-tone alloys wheels, and gets body-coloured ORVMs against the piano-black finish for ORVMs seen on the XT variant. The option of dual-tone paint for the roof is not available in the XT variant and the B-Pillar also misses out on the black finish seen on the XZ and XZ+ variants.

Inside the car, the difference in terms of looks in not that evident. The interior looks all the same like that on the top-end variant but gives a miss to some features. The XT variants do not get the rear parcel shelf, chrome-finish around air vents, rear parking camera, height-adjustable driver seat, cooled glovebox, auto-folding ORVMs, rear defogger, and a rear wiper.

The XT variant, however, comes with a 2-din ConnectNext infotainment system with Bluetooth telephony, rear parking sensors, central locking, ABS with EBD and corner stability control, dual-front airbags, manual controls for the HVAC system, steering mounted audio controls and more.

Mechanically, the XT variant is identical to other variants with a 1.2L 3-cylinder engine that produces 86 PS and 113 Nm. The transmission options are, however, limited to just 5-speed MT, whereas the higher XZ and XZ+ gets the option of an AMT as well.

Talking of the prices, the base-spec Tiago has an ex-showroom price of Rs. 4.60 lakhs, while the top-end variant costs Rs. 6.10 lakhs. However, the XT variant retails at an ex-showroom price of Rs. 5.20 lakhs.
