Recently, new-gen Jeep Grand Cherokee L has been snapped in Dubai. It will get propelled by a 3.6-litre and 5.7-litre petrol engine.

This month, Jeep revealed the 2022 Grand Cherokee L in the USA. Right now, Jeep Grand Cherokee is in its fifth-generation and is one of the company’s top-selling models word wide. As compared to its predecessor, the new Jeep Grand Cherokee has an evolutionary design language and the cabin is also brand new. It comes loaded with all the bells and whistles. The SUV also features new 4X4 drive modes. The new Jeep Grand Cherokee is yet to go on sale officially. It has recently got snapped for the first time in Dubai.

Its design language is inspired by the Grand Wagoneer concept, which was showcased last year. The upcoming new-gen model of the car gets a prominent hood, new front bumper, a sleeker 7-slat grille and aggressive-looking headlights. The overall silhouette of the SUV is quite clean. It employs sporty-looking 21-inch blacked-out rims. The roof of the car gets a floating effect, and the addition of new wraparound taillights makes the SUV look more striking. The carmaker has also updated the interior of the SUV. It gets a new multi-functional steering wheel with a completed refreshed dashboard layout. The cabin employs a brand new centre console with some high-end trim pieces all over the interior finished in wood, metal and leather.

The main highlights are the addition of a new- 10.1-inch UConnect5 touchscreen infotainment unit. It also comes loaded with features like a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument console, a head-up display, up to 12 USB-A and USB-C ports, a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, dual-pane sunroof, and a 19-speaker McIntosh audio system. Other unique features include a night vision camera, drowsiness detection, 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control with level 2 autonomous driving and so on. It drives power from 3.6-litre petrol and 5.7-litre gasoline mill. The former develops 290bhp of power and 350 Nm of torque, while the latter puts out power and torque outputs of 357bhp and 530 Nm. Transmission duties are done by an 8-speed automatic gearbox with 2WD and 4X4 drivetrain options.
