The bookings for the Toyota Urban Cruiser was opened last month prior to its launch in the latter half of September. The four-metre-sub-compact SUV will be offered in three trims: Mid, High and Premium. Recently, the variant-wise feature list of the vehicle has been revealed. It has been widely known that the Toyota Urban Cruiser is based on the Maruti Vitara Brezza. Actually, the Maruti Vitara Brezza is offered in four variants: LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi+. The three variants of the Urban Cruiser correspond to the higher VXi, ZXi and ZXi+ variants of its donor vehicle. This suggests that even the base-spec variant of the former will be equipped with the features that are not available in the base-spec one of the latter.
Here's a look at the most variant-wise features available in the Toyota Urban Cruiser -

Upcoming Toyota Urban Cruiser Fully Revealed
The Toyota Land Cruiser will be launched in the Indian auto market in a few days from now
As you can see above, the Toyota Urban Cruiser is well-equipped right from the base variant. Both the manual and automatic transmission options are offered in all of the three trims of the sub-compact SUV. The Japanese automaker is also offering six single-tone paint scheme options on the upcoming sub-compact SUV: Groovy Orange, Spunky Blue, Rustic Brown, Suave Silver, Iconic Grey and Sunny White; and three dual-tone options: Groovy Orange/White, Spunky Blue/Black and Rustic Brown/Black. Although the design alterations against the Vitara Brezza are limited to only the ‘soft’ plastic parts, this results in a striking difference in the appearance of the cars. Generally, influenced by the Toyota Fortuner, the Urban Cruiser looks slightly more SUV-ish than the Maruti Brezza. The Urban Cruiser also comes with a dual-tone dark brown paint scheme to the seat coverings, which is different from the black and grey ones in the Vitara Brezza.
The upcoming Toyota sub-compact SUV will be well-equipped with a wide range of top-notch features right from the base trim.
