Hyundai launched the all-new generation of the Creta last year, and it has quickly become the highest selling SUV in India. The mid-size SUV segment is one of the most competitive and fastest-growing segments in India. The new Creta’s class-leading features, spacious interiors, and multiple powertrain options have made it the go-to choice in the segment. It rivals the likes of the Kia Seltos, MG Hector, and the Tata Harrier. Today we have this video that imagines how a Kia Seltos GT Line type variant for Creta may look like.

The video has been uploaded by Cars N Mods on YouTube, and in it, we can see a digital render of the new Hyundai Creta in GT trim. On the exterior, the render gets new headlights with new air intakes under it and also a new grille has been fitted. There a GT badge on the grille while the fog lamps and the indicators now get a garnish around them. Moving to the side, the front fender gets an antenna while the wheels are now given the all-black treatment with body colour rim highlights. The lower front door has new Sport badging though the general profile remains the same. As it is a digital render, the interior hasn’t been revealed. Overall, the new front end makes the Creta look like a different vehicle altogether, but sadly this isn’t coming to showrooms anytime soon as Hyundai has no plans to launch a Creta GT.

The Hyundai Creta gets 4 engines on offer – 3 petrol and 1 diesel. You get a 1.5-litre petrol making which makes 114 PS/144 Nm of max power and torque figures, the other slightly larger 1.5-litre makes the same figures as well. The range-topping 1.4-litre turbo petrol churns out 140 PS/242 Nm of peak power and torque respectively. Meanwhile, the Diesel is a 1.5-litre four-pot which puts out max power and torque figures of 114 PS/250 Nm respectively and all the engines can be mated to a manual or an automatic transmission. Prices for the new Creta ranges between Rs 9.99 lakh for the base model to Rs 17.31 lakh for the flagship variant, ex-showroom.
