Hyundai Creta is Kia Seltos’s biggest rival. The Creta is currently ruling the mid-size SUV segment with the highest sales. Besides, the Creta also sets the standards for its space in many ways. At the moment, the Creta leads the segment in terms of fuel efficiency. However, with the revealed mileage figures of the Kia Seltos, it seems that the Seltos could outdo the Creta when it comes to fuel economy. Virtually, Kia Seltos’ fuel mileages are higher than those of the Creta in most cases, except for the diesel-manual combination (Hyundai Creta - 22.1 kmpl, Kia Seltos - 20.8kmpl).
Kia Seltos could be one of the most fuel-efficient cars in its segment
Besides the high fuel efficiency, Kia Seltos also features various advanced features including a head-up display, 360-degree view camera, sunroof, ventilated seats, and an 8-speaker Bose Hi-Fi sound system as well as a large 10.25-inch touchscreen.
Booking for the Kia Seltos started on July 16 at the price of Rs 25,000. By the end of this month, Kia Seltos will be available for display across Kia’s dealership network. Test drive is expected to be slated in early Agust. The price range for this SUV is likely to go from Rs 11 lakh to Rs 17 lakh.
