With the nationwide lockout extended once again, there are a few people who are desperate to go out. Although this is extremely dangerous and puts everyone at risk, there are plenty of violators amongst us. The cops are busy issuing challans, seizing vehicles, and arresting culprits, but we have new cases of people breaking the law and order popping up every day. Here, we have news of another offender, driving around in his swanky BMW X7.
Recently, a young man from Noida ventured out on the streets in his BMW luxury SUV, and seeing the empty streets, decided to go on a long joyride. From Noida, he went all the way to Meerut, driving nearly 100 km in one direction. At Begumpul Chowk, police saw the speeding car and flagged him down. Upon questioning, the young man told the police that he was out for buying vegetable and medicines. Unconvinced, the police fined him but decided to not impound the vehicle.
