A new video that has surfaced over the internet shows how a Tata Nexon kept its occupants safe even after a huge billboard fell on it

Many of you may know that Tata Nexon is India's safest sub-compact SUV. And the car has scored 5-star rating at the Global NCAP collision test. Many Tata customers have also written testimonials on the strong build quality of the car. Recently, we got our hands on a new video over the internet in which a huge advertising hoarding fells on the company's subcompact SUV. This accident took place in the city of Dehradun, Uttrakhand. This huge advertisement hoarding fell on the Nexon after being dislodged by high wind blasts. The surprising part is all the passengers sitting inside the car came out safely. The passengers sitting inside the Nexon ran out of the car quickly. The commuters seem to be very much shocked and surprised by the incident. At the time of this incident, four passengers were sitting inside the vehicle and escaped without any injuries. The mishap was captured by the CCTV camera installed in the parking lot. It's quite surprising to see how Tata Nexon handles these types of incidents. Moreover, the passengers sitting in the car look amazed too. The Indian car manufacturer is now using this Nexon billboard incident clip through a newsletter to attract buyers and to advertise Nexon's safety features. In the European NCAP crash test, out of 17 points, Tata Nexon has scored 16.06 points in adult occupant safety. This test also shows that the cabin of the car is well designed to absorb heavy shocks and, this video is the perfect example for the same.

The Indian car manufacturer is now using this Nexon billboard incident clip through a newsletter to attract buyers and to advertise Nexon's safety features. 

Tata Nexon derives power from a 1.2-litre Turbocharged Revotron engine which churns out power and torque outputs of 108 bhp at 5000 rpm and 170 Nm at 1750 rpm, respectively. The SUV also gets propelled by a 1.5-litre oil-burner which develops 108 bhp of power at 3750 rpm and 260 Nm of torque at 1500 rpm, respectively.
