Ahead of the launch on 21st November in the Indian market, Maruti Suzuki has currently released the video teasers for the all-new Ertiga. The Maruti dealers start accepting the booking for the all-new MPV with the price at Rs. 11,000.

The dealers have started accepting bookings for the MPV from 14th this November, for an amount of Rs 11,000. Being underpinned from the Heartect platform, the all-new MPV will be longer, wider as well as more spacious than the outgoing model.

As for the new styling, the front end will be refreshed in terms of grille to be more upmarket. The new touchscreen infotainment system is also impressed with a wooden inserted dashboard. Regarding the performance, the MPV will receive the power through 2 engine options which comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox and a 4-speed torque converter automatic on the petrol versions. The first option is a tried-and-tested 1.3-litre diesel engine which can produce 90hp and 200Nm. The second engine option is a 1.5-litre petrol engine which was borrowed from the Ciaz but can put up 105hp and 138Nm of torque. Both of the engines will be available with mild-hybrid technology. The variants range is up to 10 variants that give a variety of choices for buyers.

Ertiga will get a new styling
The MPV will be sold in Arena outlets, and not be available in the premium Nexa outlets. Being different from the top-spec variants of Maruti Suzuki family, including Maruti Suzuki Swift, Drize, and Iginis, the new top-spec of Ertiga will not have LED headlamps, diamond-cut alloy wheels and LED DRLs on offer. The price details of the MPV will be revealed on the launch date which is set to be November 21, 2018. The Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is expected to take on the likes of Mahindra Marazzo and Renault Lodgy in the domestic market.
