Back in 2017, Maruti Suzuki opened the first Maruti ARENA showroom. This retail channel was launched in order to deliver a highly-digitalized, seamless buying experience for the customers. By establishing the Maruti ARENA network, Maruti expects to approach the young and tech-savvy customer group. After going into operation for three years, Maruti has established over 745 ARENA showrooms across the country. Moreover, Maruti ARENA becomes a trusted place for car buyers to find their new cars.
Maruti ARENA was introduced to cater to the younger customers
Commenting on the three-year milestone of the Maruti ARENA, Mr Shashank Srivastava, Executive Director of Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki India, said:
Maruti Suzuki ARENA was launched after listening to and meeting the expectations of a modern, dynamic, and young audience. Celebrating its third anniversary today fills all of us with great pride as it marks a transformation of our network and is a testimony of our commitment to customer satisfaction - the single-largest motivation behind our expansion, innovation, and design.
Positioned as the digitalized retailing channel, the Maruti ARENA showrooms are furnished with state-of-art technologies and devices. The fully-equipped facilities allow the customers to get the detailed specifications of car models as well as other information of the carmaker via the digital devices. Moreover, Maruti also offers a personalized experience for customers thanks to the smart i-Create system integrated into the touchscreen navigation portals. This system will memorize the customer’s preference and suggest the most suitable customization options for the customers.
