Nissan Magnite has been finally unveiled in its production-spec form. It looks scintillating from all the angles as Nissan has managed to keep it identical to the Magnite Concept that was recently showcased. Apart from the styling, it also gets a long list of features that is good enough to attract a lot of buyers for itself. Interestingly, almost all the cars in its segment come with bucket loads of features. Thus, we thought of finding out five features, which are not available on the Tata Nexon but are present on the Magnite. And, here's the list of five of those features, which are available on Nissan Magnite but not on Tata Nexon.
As the name suggests, puddle lamps light up the sides of a car to let the owner see if there’s any water puddle in the way of ingress and egress when the car is parked. These lamps are fixed on the underside of ORVMs. Well, they are available as an option on the upcoming Nissan Magnite, but Tata Nexon fails to get them.
Infotainment units of both Nissan Magnite and Tata Nexon offer Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. However, the former offers the connectivity without the use of a USB cable as it uses the in-built Wi-Fi functionality. The Nexon, on the other hand, misses out on this feature and uses a USB cable, instead. Also, it is the Magnite that comes with a bigger 8-inch touchscreen display, while the Nexon gets a smaller 7-inch unit.
Nissan Kicks was the first car in its segment to come with a 360-degree parking camera. The Japanese carmaker has followed a similar suite with the Magnite. It is the only car in its segment that gets a 360-degree parking camera. Also, it lets the driver switch to different views to ease the process of parking. Tata Nexon, however, comes with a rear parking camera only.

Interestingly, a lot of sub-4m compact-SUVs come fitted with an air purifier. In the polluted metropolitan ecosystem, it is a must-have device, but the Nexon misses out on one. The Nissan Magnite, however, gets it as a part of optional Tech Pack.
Like the Air Purifier, the Magnite gets a wireless phone charging cradle bundled with the optional Tech Pack. The Nexon, on the other hand, does not come with one.
