In other news, Nissan is also planning to launch an all-new subcompact SUV in India. It’ll be positioned below Kicks in the company’s line-up. Once launched, the new Nissan compact SUV will compete with the like of Hyundai Venue, 2020 Maruti Brezza, and Ford Ecosport. We expect, the all-new SUV to derive power from 1.0-litre, BSVI compliant petrol engine. The engine will come coupled with a manual or an automatic gearbox. The upcoming SUV is codenamed EM2 and is expected to hit the Indian shores by the summer season.
