The new Nissan Kicks is ready to go on sale in India from January 2019. As a way of popularising its new compact SUV, Nissan India has announced that the Kicks will be the official car of the forthcoming ICC Cricket World Cup hosted by Wales and England from May 30 to July 14, 2019. The ICC Cricket World Cup Trophy will be carried by the Kicks during its tour across eight big cities in India in the period from November 30 to December 26, 2018.

Once launched in India, the Nissan Kicks is expected to be priced in the range from Rs 11 lakh to Rs 16 lakh (ex-showroom). At this price, it is anticipated to compete against other current compact SUVs like the Renault Duster and Hyundai Creta or the forthcoming Tata Harrier.
