Volkswagen, the German automaker, has recently announced to equip for their premium sedan which is the Volkswagen Passat Connect a new assistance system – Volkswagen Connect.
Volkswagen Connect has recently been added in Volkswagen production profile
This is considered the advanced telematics as well as the vehicle assistance system. The Volkswagen Connect app can allow their users to connect the car with the smartphone via a ‘Plug and Play’ data equipped on the OBD, the onboard diagnostics port of the car.

Commenting about this update, Steffen Knapp, the Volkswagen Passenger Cars Director, has reported to the media,

The Volkswagen Passat Connect has positioned at Rs 25.99 lakh for the base trim which is the Comfortline variant. Meanwhile, the top-spec Highline trim costs Rs 28.99 lakh. The Passat rivals the Skoda Superb, which recently got a new mid-spec Sportline trim, and the Toyota Camry Hybrid in our market.
