Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA), Mumbai, is the second busiest airport in India. Formerly known as Sahar International Airport, CSIA was ranked 14th busiest airport in Asia and 28th busiest airport in the world in terms of passenger volume passenger traffic in 2017. The airport is named after 17th-century Maratha emperor, Chhatrapati Shivaji, and started operations in February 2014. Mumbai Airport was also the first airport in India to implement Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM).
As Mumbai Airport has such a massive passenger volume, there is no surprise that the airport authorities maintain and operate a well-planned parking facility for passengers. To further aid the practicality, there are specific pick-up and drop-off points. Not only that, but frequent travellers can also buy a monthly pass for airport parking.
