Following the end of the Ford-Mahindra JV, the US-based automaker is planning to launch the Ford Territory in India to compete against the likes of Tata Harrier and MG Hector.
Tata Harrier registered a year-on-year growth of 240 percent in February 2021 thanks to its BSIV updates last year. Tata Harrier is currently available with 2.0-litre petrol engine with 140 PS and 350 Nm.

Since launch, Tata Harrier has been offered with diesel engine only. However, in the near future, a new turbocharged petrol engine will be introduced on the Harrier as well.
