New 2019 Skoda Superb Facelift Exterior Leaked in Latest Images

2019 Skoda Superb will be revealed at Geneva Motor Show in March this year. Leaked images of the facelifted model give us the details about its new look.

Introduced in India market back in 2015, Skoda Superb will receive its mid-life facelift in 2019. Images of the upcoming updated Superb is leaked online. In its new face, the Skoda looks fresh and more stylish.

Exterior wise, the Skoda Superb gets some minor changes, including a wider and boxier grille along with a revised bumper. New fog lights and black plastic cladding is added to the fascia too.

To the rear of the vehicle, the Superb sports a new chrome trim that adds more shine to the design. Instead of the brand’s logo, now the tail will signify its name through a SKODA word glued on the tailgate. The new Superb also welcomes new dynamic turn indicator that is also featured on the all-new Scala.

The 2019 Skoda Superb will also be the first car in Skoda’s all-time portfolio to feature plug-in hybrid system. Beside the 1.4-litre TSI petrol engine, Superb will also feature an electric motor. While the 1.4-litre motor could deliver 154PS, the electric motor could produce 115PS. When combined, these two engines could put out up to 217PS of power.

It is expected that the 2019 Skoda Superb facelift will debut at 2019 Geneva Motor Show.
