The Italian automaker, Fiat, has already taken the wraps off an interesting design concept called Fiat Fastback at the ongoing Sao Paulo Motor Show in Brazil. It is expected to bitterly rival the new-gen Hyundai Creta in the global market.

The new concept of Fiat vehicle is highly likely to underpin the similar platform of its sibling: Jeep Compass. In term of aesthetic appearance, the Fiat Fastback resembles the Mercedes-Benz GLC 43 Coupe.

In the front, the SUV concept appears with twin-tiered headlamps with twin air intakes which are fixed at the edge of the bumper. The muscular bonnet comes with a sleeker look. The strong shoulder line stretches across the length of the vehicle. In the rear, the Fastback features widened wraparound LED taillights.

The interior and engine details of the new Fiat Fastback are remaining secrets. It is suggested that the concept possibly share its underpinnings with the Jeep Compass and Renegade. The official name of the Fiat Fastback concept will be revealed when it does go into production.

The Fiat Fastback is anticipated to be a big hit if it comes to the Indian auto space

The all-new Fiat SUV is likely to launch in Brazil by 2020. There is no exact information about the Indian-spec model. If it could reach the Indian shores, the SUV will compete against the likes of Nissan Kicks and Hyundai Creta.
